As you can tell by my username I am not a publicity hound. But I have to stop and thank Duane Buziak. I know he is the maestro but I didn't know he also saves money on title fees too. Wow. I compared over 7 different title companies and it wasn't even close. Talk about someone going the extra mile. Best rates lowest fees, and then he sent me a title company that I swear to God charged almost nothing for title fees. Amen. He goes above and beyond anyone.
